Asian Scientist 100: Class of 2026

Marjana Akter was named to the prestigious Asian Scientist 100 list in Agricultural Sciences, recognised for identifying Bangladesh's first Genotype IIIb chicken anemia virus and for her selection as a UNODA Young Women for Biosecurity Fellow. She became the youngest Bangladeshi scientist on the 2026 list.
